New TV Series from the creators of FEMME FATALES MAGAZINE

FEMME FATALES — noun, plural: an irresistibly attractive
woman, esp. one who leads men into difficult, dangerous, or
disastrous situations; siren. For some, the term "femme fatales" conjures seductive images of classic Hollywood film noir beauties, but for today’s savvy audience entranced by sexy, strong — and sometimes even dangerous — women in film,
television, comics, music and the Web, the established Femme Fatales brand is far more. It's an internationally renowned trademark, and one that can be readily expended to encompass a diverse range of targeted media and consumer products.
Launched in the late 1980s, Femme Fatales magazine was published in Chicago, IL, as a specialized consumer title. Acquired by CFQ Media in 2005, the trademark was recently purchased by DEW, LLC, which has helped re-establish Femme Fatales as a unique lifestyle brand appealing to men and women in the highly coveted 18-42-year-old demographic. It is the intention Femme Fatales to dominate the market for sophisticated, non-adult, cross-media content spotlighting actresses, models, sports stars and female musicians through a multi-pronged effort to reach an audience hungry for this kind of material. This will later lead to lines of branded products that play into and support this lifestyle image.

The experienced and diverse talents of the Femme Fatales management team in both publishing and entertainment will
allow the brand to be exploited across a diverse array of platforms, potentially reaching millions of consumers worldwide.
This will begin with the launch of a new Femme Fatales Presents television series thanks to a partnership with a major
American premium cable network, followed by the roll-out of the series on worldwide home video and international
television and pay cable.

Femme Fatales Presents will deliver high-quality, sophisticated, sexy
original programming targeted to the premium cable and direct-to-video markets, along with PPV and digital download availability. Each Femme Fatales Presents episode will feature three sexy stories in the tradition of such smart and sensual Hollywood thrillers as Bound, Body Heat and Wild Things. The 30-minute installments will later be stripped and re-cut for adsupported cable syndication.
Original content under the Femme Fatales brand will also be created for the Web site as well as mobile and all photo shoots and interviews will not only be available through the Web site and the Femme Fatales Mobile network but also be re-purposed as bonus content for the Femme Fatales Presents DVD and Blu-ray releases.
Mini-Femme Fatales magazine/collectible autographed poster of the stars to be included in every DVD box and packaged like a classic pulp novel helping open new distribution channels in bookstores, specialty shops and mystery stores. Promotions will aggressively target trade and consumer shows nationwide. Future plans include original reality programming following the stars of Femme Fatales magazine pictorials as they go on the road to popular resort destinations and get involved in all sorts of real-life exploits. (Imagine a truelife, female-centric version of The Hangover.)
